It’s that time again to post my tentative list of conventions I plan to attend in 2017.
- IKKiCON 2016 in Austin, TX December 30, 2016-January 1, 2017
Heart of Texas Comic Conin Waco, TX March 11-12 — Cancelled- SXSW 2017 Gaming in Austin, TX March 16-18
- AnimeCTX in Round Rock, TX August 4-6
- AnimeFest 2017 in Dallas, TX August 17-20
- CTC GeekFest 2017 in Killeen, TX August 18-20
San Japan Xin San Antonio, TX September 1-3 — didn’t attend due to Hurricane Harvey and worried about gas shortage- YaoiCon 2017 in Santa Clara, CA October 5-8
- Wishful thinking: TCAF 2017, BishounenCon 2017
I really want to attend more conventions outside of Texas, but it’s SO dang expensive to book flights & hotel rooms. One of these years, I’ll make it to TCAF, Frankfurter Buchmesse, AnimagiC, AniMuc, NYCC, and Manga-Comic-Con.
